Sophie has over 10 years of experience in the teacher recruitment industry. She decided to start her own recruitment agency with a difference, she wanted to add a more personal touch and insure that all teachers get the service they deserve. 

Nichole is a qualified teacher with two years teaching experience. She has 4 years of recruiting experience. 

Anja lived and worked in China for seven years before moving back to South Africa and joining the ZJ elite team.
